Reaction kettle mechanical seal structure and working principle

Reactor mechanical seal comprises a spring loading device , ring, stationary ring and auxiliary seals and other four parts.
Reactor mechanical seal generally have four face :
A reactor with static ring seal between the stationary ring seat is static sealing the reactor , generally produced with flexible secondary seal to prevent leakage.
2 reactor stationary ring seal between the seat and the device is static sealing the reactor , can be produced with ordinary gasket seal.
3 reactor ring and shaft (sleeve ) between the metal seal , this is a relatively stationary seal , usually 0 -ring to seal .
These three are all static sealing , can produce measures to prevent leakage.
4 reactor stationary ring and the relative rotation between the sealing ring , belonging to dynamic seal, is to rely on a spring loading device and media pressure on the relative rotation . Static ring and ring contact surface between the ( end ) to generate a suitable clamping force ,bolt seal so that the two smooth, flat end face snug fit between the end face of the fluid while maintaining a very thin layer to achieve the purpose of sealing .
